A Message from Principal Skyles
Hello McDaniel Families,
We look forward to celebrating with seniors and their families on Wednesday during graduation!
As we finish up our last week, please take a moment to sit down with your student and review Canvas and Synergy and talk about what areas they are focusing on this week. We have FLEX every day this week at the end of school for students to access their teachers, to work on finishing up projects in classes, and to use the time to study in groups for any final exams.
Every student should have a plan for how they will utilize their time this week. We will also have several options for students who currently have an NP and need a little more time next week in completing their path to credit work. Students will be contacted by teachers who will be invited to come in and complete their path to credit. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to your student’s teacher and/or counselor.
If your student has a NG please reach out to your student’s counselor to talk about summer scholars.
Please let us know if you need any support this week or have any questions.
Adam Skyles

IMPORTANT: Graduation Ticket Update
Our team is working hard to ensure that students are academically cleared. Each Counselor must review the final grades for each senior one by one. There are still a few teachers entering their grades.
Our goal is to start sending out tickets by this afternoon and Monday, June 6th at the latest. If there is an error with any email addresses someone from McDaniel will give you a call.
The first 10 tickets and extra tickets will be sent out at the same time. Also, at this point, we can only give out an additional 10 tickets.
The tickets will be sent to the one email address provided by families. Please note that they will come from Seat Geek and be electronic. A Seat Geek account is required.
